Happy 2018 lovely people! I just got back from a wonderful vacation in France where I spent quality time with my close ones. It was quite intense but I managed to find some time to reflect on 2017 and what I want to accomplish in 2018. One word comes to mind and it’s “flexibility”. I resumed yoga last November following a really annoying lower back pain and realized how much I have missed it. Not only do I want to be more flexible physically but I also wish to become more flexible with the events life is holding in store for me. What are your resolutions for 2018?
In this December Favorites selection, I’ve gathered some great skin products’ finds, a lavender soap that smells like heaven and my favorite black tea. Keep reading 🙂
– Lavender & Espresso Soap by Crabtree & Evelyn: because I want to reduce my impact on the environment, I’ve decided to abandon shower gel and only use regular soap. This one is going to last at least 4 months and as you can see, the packaging is minimalistic. Crabtree & Evelyn’s soap collection is simply amazing and this soap leaves a gentle touch of lavender on your body. And when I handwash my wool pullovers, I can’t help using it too. I love everything multipurpose 😉
– Iris hydrating Day Cream by Weleda: I’m so grateful that this trustworthy brand of natural beauty products exists! Weleda was founded in 1921 and has always been true to the principles of environmental protection and kept the ingredients 100% natural. This Day Cream has the most nourishing but at the same time lightest possible texture. It keeps your skin hydrated all day long and is especially convenient for the colder months when your skin is under strain.
– Cleansing Milk by Andalou Naturals: When it comes to make-up remover, I always choose a formula that won’t irritate the eyes. This cleansing milk features skin-friendly probiotics blended with apricot and borage oils, the perfect combo to remove make-up without drying out the skin.
– Earl Grey Tea by Taylor’s of Harrogate: Drinking tea pretty much all day long, I’ve become quite picky in my selection. This Earl Grey is the perfect black tea option for breakfast. I just love the flavour of Bergamote that comes with it. During weekends, I’ll add a splash of almond milk and a drop of maple syrup to mimick a London Fog, my favorite drink in the whole world!
I hope you enjoyed this December Favorites selection. Do share in the comment section down below your best finds of this past month! See you soon on the blog 🙂
