Vegan Raspberry and Coconut No Banana Smoothie

Who wants to get a shot of vitamins in the most delightful way? I’m taking advantage of the last opportunities to find berries to have a last red fruit treat and decided to throw together a healthy smoothie just for me. Well, the quantities are enough for 4 people but on this particular day, I decided I would drink it all. That’s what a cravings does to you. But as long as it’s just fruits…..

Serving: 4 glasses of smoothie

Timing: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

– 2 cups fresh raspberries

– 1 cup almond milk

– ½ cup coconut milk

– 1 tbsp chia seeds

– 1tbsp maple syrup

 

Directions:

Pour all the ingredients into your food processor. Mix well until combined.

You can decorate your smoothies with dragon fruit flowers, fresh fruits, flower petals or quinoa seeds.
