Blissful Bulgur with Mushrooms and Feta

Guys!!! This is the quickest, simpliest, easiest, healthiest recipe ever! Bulgur is a great alternative to rice and pasta. Also, if you’re trying to cut down on meat and navigate seamlessly into the world of healthy vegetarian recipes, this one is for you. I mixed together bulgur, grilled mushrooms, feta cheese with a sprinkle of olive oil. Bulgur is super healthy and I love it because it is a nutritious cereal grain: bulgur is rich in iron, potassium, zinc and vitamin B3. Try the recipe out by following the instructions and let me know in the comments down below if you liked it!!
